Weed and incense whispered
a hippie, the Man
and firm believer
in Jesus Christ.
Addiction and the abuse
of substances runs rampant
throughout the human condition
providing for steadfast faith
in God, in things that fill
the void, but haven't you heard
friend? God has been buried
beneath mothlit poppy fields
that disconnect the communication
between a pusher
and casual consumers.
